MOD 1:  First, she’s saying that women shouldn’t be allowed to be criticized, because it makes them not get into comics.  Except that everyone who has ever made comics has had to be criticized.  The world doesn’t bend over backwards to your sensitivities or sensibilities.  You have to learn to harden the fuck up, or get out.  Men aren’t immune to criticism either.  I guess that’s supposed to be THE PATRIARCHY where men all have it easier, so that’s why men end up with all the work.  Instead of reality, where men shoulder the burden and the criticism and they fucking deal with it, and then women are just told “if you don’t get your way, pout and whine and cry.”  So much for that supposed strength you’re supposed to have.  You have to earn the strength, not simply claim that you have it.

Also since when does any person not get to decide who deserves their respect or not?  What is this retarded bullshit?  Any person can decide who they respect or don’t.
